Free Teens USA offers high-impact, multimedia programs for HIV/AIDS, STD’s and pregnancy prevention.  Free Teens includes life decision-making, and conflict-reduction/resolution skills, goal-setting and assertiveness/ refusal role-playing.  The program also helps elementary, middle and high school students to understand and deal with peer and media pressure, as well as the ethical nature of love and all relationships.  In October 2005 Free Teens USA received a Community-based Abstinence Education grant from the Administration for Children and Families of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.  This grant has given the Free Teens USA New York Office the opportunity to start programs in Mount Vernon, Yonkers, Harlem and the Bronx.  The Mount Vernon Board of Education and the Leake and Watts Biondi School in Yonkers approved our program to go into the schools and share the message of practical living skills, abstinence and character development with over 5,000 students at no charge to the school district.  Our Free Teens clubs are involved with close to 200 youth in our after-school and community programs.  We also have a very active and growing Performing Arts Clubs in Mount Vernon, Yonkers and Harlem where youth who desire to develop their theatrical skills can join and develop professional techniques ranging from acting or stage set-up and design to script writing.
